We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our HR team in a part-time position (50%). In this role, you will take partial responsibility for accurate and timely payroll processing for both blue-collar and white-collar employees across two Barry Callebaut sites. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and operational teams.

 

Your Responsibilities

Independent processing of monthly payroll for employees at two sites Maintain and manage time tracking in ATOSS Ensure compliance with legal and collective agreement requirements Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and time management Prepare reports and analyses for HR and Finance Liaise with external service providers, authorities, and social security institutions Support HR administration, if necessary

 

Your Profile

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification Several years of experience in payroll processing, ideally with ATOSS Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law Experience with shift models (early, late, night shifts) and related allowances High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality Strong communication and service orientation Proficient in MS Office
