We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)to join our HR team in a part-time position (50%). In this role, you will takepartial responsibilityfor accurate and timely payroll processing for both blue-collar and white-collar employees acrosstwo Barry Callebaut sites. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and operational teams. Your Responsibilities + Independent processing of monthly payroll for employees attwo sites + Maintain and manage time tracking inATOSS + Ensure compliance with legal and collective agreement requirements + Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and time management + Prepare reports and analyses for HR and Finance + Liaise with external service providers, authorities, and social security institutions + Support HR administration, if necessary Your Profile + Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification + Several years of experience in payroll processing, ideally with ATOSS + Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law + Experience withshift models (early, late, night shifts) and related allowances + High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality + Strong communication and service orientation + Proficient in MS Office Special Features + Payroll and time management responsibility acrosstwo Barry Callebaut sites + Handling ofvarious shift models and allowances + Experience withmulti-site payrollis a plus We Offer + Part-time position (0.5 FTE) with flexible working hours + Onsite work in Hamburg + A collaborative team and short decision-making processes + Attractive compensation and benefits At Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity & Inclusion.
