Skills and Requirements 2+ years European payroll experience Hands-on payroll in multiple listed EMEA countries Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax, and statutory compliance Experience with payroll systems (Oracle HCM, ADP Celergo, Oracle Finance, or similar) Advanced Excel skills Fluent in English; professional French and Spanish High attention to detail and confidentiality Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, HR, or related) Audit or compliance experience Payroll process improvement or system implementation exposure Additional European language skills
