**What you will do**
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll processing for a dedicated site or legal entity, in compliance with internal policies and all applicable legal, tax, and social insurance regulations. This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) on payroll operations, systems, and country-specific requirements. It plays a key role in supporting employees, partnering with HR and Finance, and driving process improvements.
+ Provide second-level payroll support and handle complex employee inquiries via the myHR service portal.
+ Ensure the consistent and timely execution of payroll for employees, interns, and expatriates, considering country-specific compliance requirements.
+ Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll systems and processes; liaise with internal functions (e.g. HR, Finance, IT) and external vendors.
+ Support system training and knowledge transfer to team members or stakeholders.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution across the end-to-end payroll process.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of payroll processes and tools.
+ Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and responding to payroll-related inquiries.
+ Provide coverage for other Payroll Specialists when needed.
**What you need**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Qualification: completed professional education or completed studies
+ Minimum 1–2 years of experience in payroll or related field.
+ Strong knowledge of local labor law, tax, and social insurance legislation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
+ Experience working with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, SAP) and proficient in Excel.
This role will be posted for a minimum of 3 days.
