We’re currently seeking a Payroll Specialist II to join our high-performing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a large, multi-location workforce.
What You’ll Do:
Worker Changes – Verify all employee information is accurateVerify new-hires, re-hires and transfers, position changes, pay rate changesProcess off-cycle checks and terminationsCollect standard pay plans and modify pay calculation informationPerform necessary audits to ensure Workday reports accurate dataPayroll Processing- Responsible for processing 750-1000 employees depending on payroll frequencyCollect required data from storesRun data retrieval and calculation processImport pay data into WorkdayRun and review required reports in Workday for accuracyReview payroll register for accuracyIdentify and fix any missing data or incorrect calculationsEnsure stores are ready to be confirmed based on payroll processing deadlinesPosts store G/LsEnter all necessary data into shared logs (exception, payroll confirmations, register approvals)Scan all required payroll documents at the end of each payrollComplete end of month account review for assigned stores by the end of the 4th business dayWhat You’ll Bring:

Qualifications:
· High School graduate or equivalent required
· 18 years or older
