WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating end‑to‑end payroll processes Hungary, covering the full payroll lifecycle. You will ensure all employees are paid accurately and on time, in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements, as well as in line with the company’s internal policies and payroll guidelines.
You will:
Secure accurate, timely and compliant payroll execution in collaboration with external payroll provider.Monitor, update and run all processes regarding employee hires, exits and staff changes.Monitor employee time attendance system so that data is depicted correctly (absence, overtime etc.).Deliver trainings for basic payroll matters (e.g. time attendance, routines etc.) to key stakeholders.Maintain accurate payroll and employee files.Secure compliance with all external authorities relevant to payroll function and act as point of contact for authorities and internal customers.Prepare needed reports internally and/or externally.Manage employee benefits from payroll side (e.g. employee staff discount plan & Incentive Program).Manage projects directed by Payroll Manager and contribute to department goals achievement.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You'll collaborate with members of the Payroll team working with Area, Accounting, Store Management and Sales Market functions. You will provide continuous support to our stores and office. Together, you'll ensure smooth Payroll operations and efficient service delivery across all locations.

This is a full-time position based on a local contract in Budapest, Hungary. The Payroll Specialist reports to the Payroll Manager.
