Description Our client is a fast-growing construction organization seeking a hands-on Payroll Specialist to join their team. What You’ll Do + Process bi‑monthly payroll for commission, salary, and hourly employees + Own full-cycle payroll processing (excluding benefits and garnishments) + Maintain accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across all payroll functions + Work within Paycom to process payroll and generate files + Export payroll data from Paycom and import into accounting systems + Utilize Excel for data manipulation, audits, and payroll support (formulas, copying, basic analysis) + Partner with accounting to ensure payroll data integrates properly with financial systems Systems & Tools + Payroll System: Paycom (preferred) + ERP: Sage Intacct + Job Costing: KOBAS (Koba) Requirements What We’re Looking For + Previous payroll experience, ideally within construction or a multi-pay environment + Comfortable handling high-volume and multiple pay types + Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability + Tech‑savvy and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment + A proactive self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
