Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Location: Hazlet, NJ (Hybrid)

Pay: $23 - $27.50 an hour

A highly reputable manufacturing company is looking for a Payroll Specialis to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to multi state payroll processing for multiple states and pay cycles, utilizing ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft excel and much more!

Job Description:

Processing Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce NowResponsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process, including but not limited to, maintaining and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime, and shift changes; and withholding adjustments.Performing pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks as requiredPreparing and providing all required payroll and related reports needed for the month-endResponding to payroll inquiries from employees via ticketsResponsible for review and accurate completion of periodic and year-end reporting information.Additional tasks and projects as assigned.Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables and V-lookups.At least 3 years of payroll processing experience requiredExperience with ADP Workforce Now & E time requiredExperience with Workday preferred
