Job Title: Payroll Specialist Location: Hazlet, NJ (Hybrid) Pay: $23 - $27.50 an hour A highly reputable manufacturing company is looking for a Payroll Specialis to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to multi state payroll processing for multiple states and pay cycles, utilizing ADP Workforce Now, Microsoft excel and much more! Job Description: + Processing Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly and Monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce Now + Responsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process, including but not limited to, maintaining and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime, and shift changes; and withholding adjustments. + Performing pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks as required + Preparing and providing all required payroll and related reports needed for the month-end + Responding to payroll inquiries from employees via tickets + Responsible for review and accurate completion of periodic and year-end reporting information. + Additional tasks and projects as assigned. + Perform other duties as assigned.
