As we grow globally, we are looking to hire 3 Payroll Specialists focused on US and Canadian payrolls.  This is a fully remote role in Costa Rica, and will support our North and South American teams.  An ideal candidate will have a background with automated payroll systems (SAP is a strong plus) and three plus years of experience with US/Canadian payrolls.  Our team is collaborative with a continuous improvement mindset, and this will be a growth opportunity.  

Key Responsibilities:

End to end payroll processing US & Canada, ensure employees are paid accurately on time and in compliance with local tax laws and regulations. Maintain and update payroll records and systems. Review and verify payroll data, including timekeeping records, earnings and deductions. Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders. Employee support- serve as a point of contact for payroll related inquiries. Conduct system audits and reconciliation to identify any discrepancies in payroll data and calculations Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.        

Requirements

3+ years US  payroll experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. FPC certification is a plus, but not required. Payroll software proficiency-e.g, SAP Success Factors ECP,ADP SAP Globalview or Workday                                       Familiarity with automated HRIS, Time and absence systems Must be proficient in MS Excel
