Responsibilities Responsible for timely and accurate processing of weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a Team that supports 60K+ employees (union and non-union) across multiple states, Canada, PR and VIGathers, analyzes, and summarizes financial informationResearches and resolves payroll problems and discrepanciesEnters employee maintenance, runs payroll process, prepares reports, calculates manual checks, issues stop paymentsStays current with system updates and changesEnsures payroll integrity through audit reports, data analysis and collaboration with other team membersMaintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changesMaintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidentialMaintains knowledge of company payroll policies and procedures, guidelines and regulations under federal, state and local governmentsProvides customer service and problem resolution to operational staffMulti-tasking and prioritizingHeavy email and phone communicationPerforms other duties as assigned Qualifications

 

GED or High School Diploma requiredAssociates degree or Technical Training preferred1-3 years of payroll or data entry experience preferred1-3 years of experience using a payroll software system, especially ADP and/or Kronos, preferredProfessionalism, with an emphasis on customer serviceExcellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communicationStrong organizational skills, detail orientedStrong Microsoft Office skills About our Line of Business BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
