Payroll Specialist
Job Description

The purpose of the Specialist role is to guide and provide tactical, day-to-day, process oriented support business.Good commumnication with employees, COE, BP/Generalist. Delivering support in the execution of HR processes/tools and ensuring proper follow-up and solutions to tacticial HR tasks in the supporting locations/regions. The role is full time role.

Job Responsibilities

Guide and responsible for below work by following standard process to ensure work result accurately and timely :
•Make payroll calculation (including expatriate salary) independently and ensure monthly payroll result accurate and in time
•Make monthly pension and housing fund reports timely and accurately.ensure Housing fund and pension base annual adjustment on time and accurately and compliance
•Prepare for salary and benefits cost report and submit to F&A before deadline each month
•Submit IIT to local authority accurately on time
•Maternity insurance calculation and declaration handicapped insurance and pay out
•HR system ( SuccessFactors, Local HR system) maintenance and update on time
•Make HR data analysis and relevant reports using Digital tools( Query, Power BI) in high quality based on requirement
•C&B policy tracking and consulting and ensure C&B work are handled in compliance with labor law & new labor contract law
•Internal and external audit
•Filling out the salary survey questionnaire
•Effectively support the communication with employees (at all levels) , assist and problem solving on various issues including payroll ,benefits etc.
Vendor management: manage and track vendor to ensure normal communication and problem solve 
Continuous Improvement: Where possible, identify improvement needs, communicate opportunities for improvement to HR leadership and effectively support their resolution on HR-related process and tactical issues. 
Process management: create and optimize process, ensure all process aligned with Global policy,China policy and local legal requirements.
Project management: Lead and participant in HR project, digital project for employee experience enhances and efficiency improvement
Support and coach:  Coaching Coordinator and Assistant on daily work. As a master in OPS area
•Other ad hoc works assigned by immediate Manager 

Background & Skills

• This position likely supports one location or region.
• At least 5 years of experience working experience in C&B , preferably in manufacturing environment
• Fluent oral and written English
• Good communication skills, detail oriented and organized
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint ,Query, Power BI and expert level in Excel. Familiar in Successfactors and Vanguard is preferred
• Experience providing tactical and process-oriented support to a business or organization.
• Experience working in an environment that is fast-paced and continuously changing.
• Ability to work well with employees at many levels within the organization.
• Ability to effectively follow-through on defined tasks with efficiency. 
• Proactive and strong sense of urgency within the processes they are working on.
• Solution oriented with a focus on follow-through, follow-up and completion of tasks.
