Payroll Specialist
Job Title: Payroll SpecialistJob Description We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role involves processing weekly union and non-union payroll using CMiC, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will be a key player in managing payroll data and supporting our employees with payroll-related inquiries. Responsibilities + Process weekly union and non-union payroll using CMiC. + Collect timesheets and all necessary paperwork to process timely payroll. + Review and verify timesheets with employees and management personnel. + Gather and compile data for union reports as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports. + Process garnishments and new hire paperwork including I-9s, W-4s, etc. + Assist employees with payroll-related questions and solve discrepancies when needed. + Perform other tasks as assigned. Essential Skills + Minimum 2 years of payroll experience. + Proficiency in payroll processing and data entry. + Experience with payroll tax, payroll accounting, and reconciliation. + Strong knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Union payroll experience a plus but not required. + Experience with construction industry payroll processing a plus. + Knowledge of CMiC preferred but not required. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs quickly. Work Environment This position is 100% onsite in Dublin, CA, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. You will be part of a collaborative team of four. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
