Payroll Specialist
Job Title: Payroll SpecialistJob Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist who will be responsible for processing payrolls accurately for all entities. The role involves ensuring that all payments are compliant with company policies and federal and state requirements. You will also assist in educating managers and timekeepers to ensure compliance and provide support to employees experiencing payroll issues or needing access to online wage information. Responsibilities + Process payrolls accurately for all entities. + Ensure payments adhere to company policies and comply with federal and state requirements. + Assist in educating managers and timekeepers to ensure compliance. + Provide support to employees with payroll issues or access to online wage information. Essential Skills + Proficiency in payroll processing. + Experience with ADP E Time and Access Software. + Strong skills in using pivot tables and V lookups. + Knowledge of payroll tax regulations. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with time and attendance systems. + Expertise in deductions, reconciliations, and remittance processes. Work Environment The position is part of a small team consisting of three people in total, including a manager and one specialist. You will be joining a friendly culture with excellent benefits upon permanent employment and ample opportunities for growth. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.60 - $24.50/hr.
