About The Role
Payroll business partner role is a strategic role responsible for aligning payroll operations with a company's overall business objectives. Unlike a traditional payroll manager who focuses purely on administration, a payroll business partner works closely with leadership to provide expert advice, optimize processes, and influence strategy using payroll data to add value to the business.
The Sr. Manager will play a key role in shaping the global payroll strategy—strengthening controls, improving data integrity, and building scalable solutions through strong vendor partnerships and cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that payroll delivery is accurate, compliant, and resilient across diverse regulatory environment.

Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications
Direct Leadership of Payroll teamStrong payroll experience with a focus on Brazil Proven record in payroll operations, including regulatory compliance, statutory reporting, tax withholding, salary schemes, and social security requirementsBackground managing complex payroll operations, projects, and stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications
Experience driving performance and managing complex prioritiesSkilled in developing business cases, justifying resources, and executing strategic initiatives that align with organizational goalsProficient level in SAP HCM and SAP FIORI systems, Workday, ServiceNow, and CRMExperience in vendor management, system integrations, and project implementations. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
