Volt is immediately hiring for a Payroll Processor in Los Angeles, CA.

As a Payroll Processor, you will:

Process semi-monthly payroll for a workforce of 1,500–2,000 employees Review and verify timesheets, deductions, and benefit contributions for accuracy Accurately enter payroll transactions including new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner Maintain and safeguard confidential payroll data in accordance with company and regulatory standards

This is a full-time, temporary position with potential for long-term opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of experience in payroll processing Proficiency in ADP Vantage strongly preferred Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll regulations High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work under tight deadlines Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and compliance

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $25.00 - $28.00/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
