Duties & Responsibilities: + Review weekly timecards and applicable paperwork; follow up with field on missing items + Communicate with field managers on any issues as they relate to payroll policies/guidelines + Calculate hours and earnings for multiple accounts + Conduct data time entry of total hours for multiple accounts + Review of payroll data for integrity and compliance to policy and procedures + Complete routine audits of HR and Payroll Data to be reported to the Payroll Department Manager + Sort, bag, and distribute weekly paychecks + Analyze payroll data to ensure federal and state law compliance + Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion + Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned Job Requirements: + Prior experience in processing payroll with ADP is preferred + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and knowledge of Windows-based applications + Ability to perform accurate data entry + Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment + Attentive to details + Ability to work independently without direct supervision and also with a team + Strong analytical skills + Excellent follow through skills Benefits: AVI offers: + A family culture and atmosphere + Competitive compensation + Health, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time team members + 401(k) with generous company match + Paid vacations and holidays + Immense training and growth opportunities Text AVI to 51893 to join our talent network and apply!
