Payroll Practitioner (Japanese Speaking)

Perform daily operation/delivery tasks as per DTP. 2. Complete assignments as instructed by Team Leads. 3. Collaborate and work with other team members. 4. Participate in team/company events as required. 5. Comply with IBM BCG and team Social Contract. **Required technical and professional expertise** 1. Native or near native Japanese skill, JLPT-2 or above level. 2. Bachelor’s/College Degree or above, preferably Human Resources related major. 3. COMPANY/SAP/Oracle ERP experience is perferable. 4. Intermediate in MS Excel/Word. 5. Basic computer and internet navigation skills. 6. Logical, organized, detailed, with good analytical skills **Preferred technical and professional experience** 1. Work Shift: Day shift (8am-5pm, Philippine time). 2. Work Schedule: Follow Japan Client Calendar. 3. Work Location: EastWood or UP Ayala Technohub.
