As the **Payroll Partner** , you will be a key member of the wider HR team, which is committed to building a workplace that fuels growth, for the business and each one of us. This position is part of the HR Services team and will be located in France and will be remote. **In this role, you will:** + Supported by Standard Work, manage assigned caseload for Tier 1 requests to include but not limited to, responding to payroll inquiries and supporting transactional execution on processes related to payroll matters, etc., ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and service quality standards are exceeded every time. + Serve as point of contact for payroll inquiries from regional EMEA Associate Groups, with focus on France, while also providing support to other countries as needed. + Manage the full payroll cycle: collect, validate and input payroll-related data and ensure timely payment of salaries in compliance with statutory and collectively agreed regulations if applicable in cooperation with our payroll providers for the applicable countries. + Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate calculations and timely submissions of social security contributions, taxes, and other statutory requirements. + Interact with HR and finance as part of the monthly payroll activities by updating related HRIS, sharing hire, leaver, transfer, promotion, and organizational changes in a timely and accurate manner + Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance and document procedures, and ensure internal controls are in place. + Correspondence and communication with tax offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities + Processing supplementary insurance and pension plans + Payroll reporting: Preparing regular reports and statistics, issuing certificates and forms reconciling and clarifying the relevant accounts with the financial accounting department and preparing the annual financial statements **The essential requirements of the job include:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field and a minimum of 2 years of proven experience executing payroll. + Deep knowledge of local labor, tax, and social security regulations in France, any additional country-specific knowledge is welcomed. + Experience working within multicultural, international teams, including collaboration with Finance and HR business partners. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in support of strong collaboration skills (communication, tone, messaging, execution, planning, ownership). + Problem solving and results-oriented mindset with excellent organizational abilities + Proficient in French and English language, any additional European languages are welcomed. + Knowledge of HRIS, preferably Workday. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is essential.
