The Payroll Operations Specialist champions a problem-solving mindset supporting the team to deliver exceptional service delivery focused on continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. This role will support the governance, service delivery, and maintenance of our US Payroll & Timekeeping technologies. As the Specialist, you will leverage your requisite operations, technical expertise, and customer focused capabilities to exceed organizational objectives. With a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance, you’ll collaborate with teams cross-functionally and cross complex businesses to ensure our Payroll & Timekeeping technologies are effectively managed and enhanced at an enterprise level. The position will be expected to constructively challenge the status quo, try storm, and affect positive outcomes for the organization on a regular basis.
This position is part of Corporate IT’s Business Applications & Services team and will be USA Remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Monitor and resolve payroll-related incidents, inquiries, and service requests using case management tool and following standard work. Work with vendor and OpCo contacts to report and resolve systemic issues, pursue enhancements, and coordinate configuration changes.
+ Provide timely and accurate OpCo resource KTLO support (i.e., system table maintenance, configuration changes, historical employee changes/corrections, mass data loads, password resets, security, and permissions). Lead data integrity audits.
+ Serve as a backup for processing data exchange feeds to and from internal and external third parties.
+ Serve as a test lead for critical projects and enhancements. Support the successful execution of operational projects as needed.
+ Support the development, maintenance and delivery of internal training, standard work (QRGs, FAQs, job aids) and customized reporting. Communicate enhancements and issue notifications as required.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multi-entity or global environment.
+ Proven experience with ADP mainframe products: Enterprise and/or eTime.
+ Strong problem-solving skills to determine root cause of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve in a timely manner.
Preferred skills and experience:
+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
+ Demonstrated analytical abilities including accurate problem-solving, documentation, and attention to detail, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
+ Experience supporting decentralized operations in multi-operating company settings.
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to explain technical information to non-technical users clearly and effectively.
+ Collaborative, flexible team player who thrives in dynamic, high-performance environments and demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude.
+ 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.

The salary range for this role is $105,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. #LI-Remote
