What you can expect on a typical day:
Lead daily activities of the team to ensure that all work is completed according to scheduled deadlines with attention to quality standards, priorities and overall goals. You will oversee the use of standard process workflows by team. You will function as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP. You will track various productivity and performance standards to ensure that established levels are achieved, especially during critical activity periods. You will collaborate with the team and Director regarding Workforce Management, to include scheduling. You will analyze team statistics and prepare reports for the Director.
Train and mentor team members and identify development needs across the team, working with the director to coordinate additional training as needed. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback to the Team Director on associate performance. You will serve as an acting backup to the Director, providing leadership, guidance and direction to team members in the absence of the Director.
Manage escalated issues and provide direction. You will manage escalated client issues and provide directions to the team. You will use your strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge to communicate with customers and representatives to resolve issues. You will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of "Integrity is Everything."
Implement Strategic Goals and Partner Internally. You will have an enhanced understanding and implementation of Business Units strategic goals. You will function as a consultant and business partner to other groups within ADP and collaborate with peers to establish best practices. You may participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments, and collaboration opportunities with other business units.

Exceptional client relationship building skills. TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications At least five years of relevant experience
At least two years of applicable team lead experience
Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing
Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results
Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management
Ability to assess team members' performance and provide motivational support
Exceptional client relationship building skills A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include: Experience noted above OR
Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

Certifications including Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems
ADP Vantage or Enterprise experience preferred.
Proficiency and in-depth knowledge of all pertinent ADP HR, Payroll and Benefits policies and procedures
