Key Job Duties:
Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Review and approve payroll transactions, adjustments, and disbursements while resolving any discrepancies.Process Payroll for over 1k employeesMaintain payroll systems, implement upgrades, and ensure data integrity and security.Prepare and file all payroll tax reports, coordinate with auditors, and ensure legal compliance.Collaborate closely with HR and Finance to align payroll with benefits, deductions, and accurate reporting.Lead payroll-related projects and continuous process improvements while staying current on industry trends.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of payroll experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.Strong expertise in payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex, Workday) and Microsoft Excel.Experience with multi-state payroll processing and payroll tax compliance.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field preferred; high school diploma required.
