Job Description

Are you looking for a paid internship in Payroll where you can gain hands-on experience in administrative and reporting processes? Are you interested in working in an international environment and supporting a dynamic team? If you're available for at least 20 hours per week, we're looking for you!

As a Payroll Intern - EMEA, you will be part of a collaborative and experienced Payroll team. You'll work closely with specialists who value accuracy, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This 6-month paid internship starts in November and offers a chance to develop practical skills in document handling, data analysis, and process documentation. We offer you flexible working hours with preferred office presence on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, when most of the team is onsite.

You will report to the EMEA Payroll Lead and work onsite in Katowice, Poland

Your Responsibilities:

Receive and manage incoming mail and packagesScan and archive payroll-related documentsHandle incoming and outgoing correspondencePrepare reports and verify data accuracySupport process documentation and create work instructions

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Interest in gaining professional experience in Payroll or HR administrationStudent status (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Finance or similar)Language skills: Polish (native), good English (spoken and written, B2)Excel - ability to work with formulas and functions

Excel - familiarity with macrosPower BI
