Payroll & HR Coordinator

**Description:**
Dream Nashville is looking for a Payroll & HR Coordinator that supports HR processes, F&B payroll administration, and day-to- day people operations.
· Assist with weekly/bi-weekly payroll for the property.
· Review timecards for accuracy, compliance, and approvals
· Enter payroll data including new hires, rate changes, promotions, and terminations
· Maintain payroll records and employee files in accordance with company policies
· Support hiring processes including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding of new colleagues
· Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and onboarding paperwork
· Assist with employee status changes, documentation, and file maintenance
· Maintain accurate employee data in HR and payrolls systems
· Support reporting related to labor, payroll, and staffing
· Coordinate interview scheduled between candidates and hiring members
· Assist with training documentation and record-keeping
· Followdepartmentpolicies,proceduresandservicestandards
· Assist with planning and executing colleague functions
· Followallsafetypolicies
· All othertasks anddutiesas assigned
**Qualifications:**
· 1- 3 years of experience in HR, payroll or administrative support (hospitality preferred)
· Knowledge of payroll processes and basic labor compliance
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Handling confidential information with discretion
· HRIS/payroll system experience is a plus
