Job Description
The Payroll Director oversees the development, implementation, and management of global payroll strategies and operations across the enterprise’s global workforce while ensuring compliance with international payroll regulations and standards. This role cultivates strong, productive relationships with internal teams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and third-party vendors to ensure that processes are executed consistent with existing contracts, corporate policies and guidelines and international regulatory/legal requirements. This role requires expertise in payroll vendor technology and integration processes to streamline payroll functions across multiple regions. The role will lead projects of high complexity and daily operations with significant impact to the enterprise.Key Responsibilities
Oversee the policies and procedures for payroll processes in alignment to local and international payroll regulations and standards.Lead and develop a high-performing global team to ensure payroll functions and integrations are performed seamlessly, accurately, and timelyOversee the audit of data and payroll specific records, including government reporting requirements for taxes, withholdings, and contributions.Align, enable, and lead global payroll and HR projects/improvements in partnership with COEs, OTAs, and third-party vendors to ensure enterprise payroll operations and technologies continue to drive a positive employee experience.Oversee the integration of payroll systems with other HR and financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and accuracy.Leverage quantitative, qualitative, and trend data to draw conclusions and drive business results to reduce payroll errors and ensure inbound and outbound payroll data is accurate.Lead implementation and testing or new payroll systems and updates while developing and maintaining business continuity plans for payroll operations.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all external and internal stakeholders.Supervisory Responsibilities

Compensation offered for this role is $158,000.00 - 212,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
