What You’ll Do

Design and implement automation solutions to streamline payroll operations.Support and mentor the team in using:Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint Online.Advanced Excel: VBA and/or Office Scripts.Python: For data analysis, automation, and light deployment tasks.Collaborate on improving data quality, reconciliation processes, and reporting.Document and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Who We’re Looking For

Academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or similar.Eligible for internship or available for a short-term contract.Hands-on experience (academic or internship) with:Power Automate & SharePoint.Advanced Excel and VBA or Office Scripts.Python for analysis and automation.Familiarity with Git and version control.Strong documentation and communication skills.Professional Spanish and technical reading proficiency in English
