About this opportunity

Join Ericsson as a Payroll Delivery Specialist and become a vital part of our global team ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across our operations. Reporting to the Regional Payroll Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and payroll vendors to deliver seamless payroll services in line with Ericsson’s commitment to excellence and compliance.

 

What You Will Do

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees within your designated Ericsson geography.Gather and validate payroll inputs from multiple platforms and reconcile with vendor data to ensure accuracy.Coordinate with payroll vendors to deliver payslips and statutory reports on schedule.Collaborate with People Business Partners and Finance for approvals and timely payment submissions.Handle reconciliation of social security, tax reports, and support audit activities in compliance with Ericsson’s standards.Prepare and submit payroll-related journals (JVs), GL reconciliations, and reports within deadlines.Support payroll-related projects, update work instructions, and assist with budget forecasting.

 

What You Will Bring

3-5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in large, matrixed multinational organizations like Ericsson.Strong expertise in statutory submissions, social security, tax regulations, especially within German jurisdictions.Fluent in German and English with excellent communication skills.Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities.Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors payroll modules is a plus.High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information sensitively.Solid understanding of local labor laws and basic accounting principles.
