Payroll Coordinator (full-time or part-time)

Main responsibilities:

Coordinate and verify payroll processes managed through an external provider. Validate attendance data, timesheets, bonuses, overtime, and deductions for all employees. Ensure timely processing of meal vouchers and related employee benefits. Maintain and update personnel files and documentation for active and former employees. Draft and record employment contracts, addenda, suspensions, and terminations in REVISAL. Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation and internal company policies. Manage communication with internal stakeholders and service providers (medical, finance, legal). Provide HR administrative support and assist in the preparation of various employee-related attestations. Maintain structured archives and reports for audits and internal reviews.

 

Profile & requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, Law, or Economics. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role (payroll or HR administration). Strong understanding of Romanian labor law and REVISAL. Excellent attention to detail, independence, and accountability. Proficient in Excel and other MS Office tools. Fluent in Romanian and English (both written and spoken). Organized, punctual, and responsive — comfortable working in a fast-paced yet structured environment.
