Position Purpose: The Payroll Consultant is responsible for the delivery service, whilst collaborating with the offshore teams, for the timely and accurate delivery of lodgement activities across ADP’s clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lodgement activities as per defined SLA Adheres to quality standards and procedures Resolution of Queries as per defined SLA Execution of timely delivery of lodgement activities Be the key contact / expert for Singapore legislative / operation changes for lodgement Looking into continuous improvement ensures root-cause analysis is conducted and a corrective action plan is followed. Ensure that all Statutory-related reports are prepared on time and executed. Always maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information. Ensuring they are familiar with and comply with information security policies and standards that relate to their work.Experience, Skills, Academic:
