Payroll Consultant

Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities:

Payroll calculations based on information provided by the client (responsibility for several payroll projects)

Calculation of sick leaves, vacations, unpaid leaves, remuneration under civil agreements

Processing payroll payment orders

Communication/correspondence with clients and employees regarding payroll data

Preparation of tax reports, other payroll reports

Preparation of HR documents (orders, staff list, sick leaves maintenance, timesheets, hiring documents, etc.)

Analysis of input data provided by the client on correctness and compliance with the Ukrainian legislation

Assistance in adapting payroll software to project needs and automating processes (setting technical tasks for programmers, etc.)

Coordinating the junior technical team and transitioning routine tasks to them.

Requirements:

Relevant work experience 1+ years (payroll calculation, payroll tax reporting) in outsourcing companies; experience in HR administration services is a plus

Experience in payroll software automation projects will be considered an advantage

A degree in Accounting / Finance / Audit / Economics is preferable

Intermediate (or higher) level of English  proficiency

Good technical knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel and Word

Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment

Attention to details

Strong team player and quick learner

Positive attitude to work and ability to work under pressure.
