Job Description
This role involves supporting our team by handling payroll, managing data entry, compiling accurate reports, assisting with client follow-up, providing executive-level administrative support, and overseeing transactional accounting responsibilities. The position ensures smooth day-to-day office operations and assists in the preparation of financial statements such as billings, budgets, and cost reports.
ResponsibilitiesHandle payroll tasks including tracking time, submitting hours, and coordinating with payroll providers.Accurately input and maintain data across various platforms and databases.Compile and distribute regular reports for internal and external use.Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as billings, budgets, and cost reports.Review billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy and alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies.Follow up with clients via phone, email, or other communication tools to ensure needs are met and tasks are on track.Provide executive administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and document preparation.Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.Support general office operations and assist with special projects as assigned.Essential SkillsProficiency in payroll, data entry, and accounting.Strong skills in data entry and reporting.Experience in administrative and client support.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.High school diploma or equivalent required.Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.2+ years of relevant experience.Work Environment
The position starts in-office five days a week, with potential for flexible work arrangements later on, transitioning to two days in-office and three days from home.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.
