Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to support a short-term project reviewing historical payroll data. This role will focus on accurately analyzing past payroll records and entering the information into structured Excel spreadsheets for reporting and recordkeeping purposes.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze historical payroll data for accuracy and completeness.Enter payroll information into Excel documents following established templates and guidelines.Validate calculations, totals, and data consistency.Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information.Essential Skills

Prior experience in payroll, data entry, or administrative support.Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Experience handling confidential information.Work Environment
The position requires working Monday through Friday during regular business hours in an office setting. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in payroll and work with a mid-sized manufacturing company.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Saint Charles, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
