- Calculate and close weekly payroll for hourly employees.
- Calculate and close biweekly payroll for salary employees.
- Calculate, prepare, and submit weekly severance payments and retirements.
- Deliver payroll receipts.
- Prepare account reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with SOX guidelines in daily activities.
- Address audit requirements (internal and external).
- Review of CFDI on payroll receipts.
- Prepare CFDI vs. SAT reconciliations.
- Prepare a reconciliation of accumulated payroll data vs. CFDIs.
- Review the status of tax status certificates in the application to request registration in the payroll system.
- 5 years of experience in payroll management.
- Proficiency in SAP, Art & Mis, Mainframe, E-Time (Time Recording System), (Payroll System), Advanced Office, and OneStream.
- Communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical, and customer-oriented skills.
- Knowledge of the LFT (Federal Labor Law).
- Knowledge of CFDIs (Payroll Receipt Stamps).
- Knowledge of payroll concepts used by the SAT (Tax Administration Service).
- English 85% - Oral and written communication skills.
- Education: Certified Public Accountant or related field.
