We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA Payroll Center of Excellence in Wroclaw. This intermediate-level role is ideal for professionals with a first foundation in payroll, finance or HR administration who are ready to take on more responsibility in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilitiesPayroll Processing Support
Prepare, validate, and process payroll input data for low to moderately complex EMEA entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
Monitor data interfaces between HR systems and payroll providers, identifying and escalating discrepancies.
Assist in executing monthly payroll cycles, including pre-payroll checks and post-payroll reconciliations.
Reporting & Compliance
Generate standard payroll reports for internal stakeholders and support statutory reporting requirements.
Contribute to payroll audits by providing documentation and clarifications as needed.
Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
Employee Support
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, time & attendance, and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
Issue payroll-related certificates and documentation upon request.
Work closely with external payroll providers and internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to resolve operational issues.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to documentation updates.
Participate in team projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and compliance.
First-level university degree in Business, Economics, HR, or related field strongly preferred.
Typically, 2+ years of experience in Payroll, Finance or HR Administration.
Familiarity with Payroll systems; ADP experience is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional EMEA languages are an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good MS Office skills and analytical mindset.
