We are currently looking for a Payroll Analyst II to join our team in Mexico City. This role supports payroll operations and system functionality, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across the organization.

A Day in the Life:

Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian payroll policies, taxation, and wage ordersCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve system issues and implement process improvementsAnalyze payroll audit reports and manage problem tickets for timely resolutionDocument payroll processes and develop reconciliation proceduresSupport payroll processing and system operations, including coverage during team absences

Who We’re Looking for:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldMinimum 2 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state organization (2,000+ employees)Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, reconciliations, and audit proceduresProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and English communicationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Experience with PeopleSoftGeneral understanding of payroll tax regulations and wage ordersAccounting experienceStrong analytical and customer service skills
