The role will support the organization by: + Resolving employee payroll issues using written and oral communication. + Assisting with payroll audits, both internal and external. + Accurate and timely reconciliations as assigned. + Assist department with update of employee pay records, as assigned. + Participating in year-end activities with the region as assigned. + Carrying out administrative / support activities as part of the payroll processing cycle. This position will report to the Serbia Team Leaders(s) and will be office based. **Job Responsibilities:** + Timely and accurate completions of administration / payroll tasks as assigned. + Effectively managing the resolution of assigned employee cases within defined SLAs. + Updating and balancing payroll input as assigned. + Adheres to established policy and procedures. + Year-end processes to support accurate and timely administration of payroll responsibilities as assigned **Qualifications / Experience:** + Higher national diploma / Qualified by experience (QBE) + Established knowledge of payroll concepts for supported countries + Excellent grasp of the English language, both verbal and written. + Audits experience is preferred (IGAAP, SOX, payroll tax) Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job. **EEO Statement** NCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
