Summary: Our Payroll team is seeking an entry-level contractor to support timekeeping operations using the UKG (Kronos) Timekeeping System. This role will primarily focus on managing ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing cases, making updates to employee timecards, and responding to payroll-related inquiries via email. Training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and manage incoming ServiceNow tickets related to timekeeping and payroll * Make updates to employee timecards (e.g., punch corrections, and shift adjustments) * Respond to employee inquiries via email in a professional and timely manner * Escalate complex issues to senior payroll staff as needed * Maintain accurate records of ticket resolutions and timecard changes * Collaborate with payroll and HR teams to ensure timely issue resolution
