Payroll Analyst

**Position Overview**
Ralliant is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented payroll data entry analyst to support accurate and timely data processing for our global teams. This role is a key part of our payroll operations and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, shared services environment.
As a Payroll Data Entry Analyst, you will work closely with the Regional Payroll Teams to enter and validate data, assist with report generation and ensure compliance with internal standards and deadlines.
**Regional Scope**
+ **Americas:** United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil
+ **APAC:** China, India, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Vietnam
+ **EMEA:** Germany, UK, Slovakia, Netherlands, France, Switzerland, UAE, Italy, Sweden, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Spain
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Accurately enter and validate payroll-related data into payroll systems (e.g., ADP, eTime) in accordance with established deadlines.
+ Assist with payroll data processing tasks across multiple countries within the Americas, EMEA, or APAC regions.
+ Support payroll team in compiling standard and ad hoc reports for internal use or audits.
+ Review employee time and attendance data for accuracy and completeness.
+ Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive employee payroll data.
+ Help respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues to senior payroll staff as needed.
+ Perform basic quality checks to ensure accuracy of payroll inputs.
+ Assist with documentation and updates of payroll procedures and process improvements.
**Qualifications**
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Excellent data entry and accuracy skills.
+ Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
+ Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
+ Ability to manage confidential data with integrity.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills.
+ Eagerness to learn payroll practices and systems in a professional environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field.
+ Experience within a global or regional payroll team or shared services model.
+ Familiarity with ADP GlobalView, ADP Celergo, ADP eTime and/or SAP Payroll.
