Jeppesen Germany GmbH is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our growing team in Neu-Isenburg, Germany.

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Position Responsibilities:

Own the end-to-end payroll process for German entity — from data collection to processing to reportingCollaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate pay, taxes, and compliance with local regulationsManage end-to-end payroll processing for German entity, ensuring timely and accurate executionMaintain compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policiesCoordinate with external payroll vendors and monitor service delivery and performanceSupport audits, reporting, and compliance activities by maintaining clean and organized payroll recordsIdentify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracyAct as the primary point of contact for payroll-related inquiries from employeesCollaborate with HR and Finance on compensation changes, benefit updates, and other pay-impacting itemsStay informed on local payroll regulations and advise on potential impacts or required changesLead process improvement initiatives to streamline payroll processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors across the organizationGuide employees on timesheet and approval processes within our Workforce Management systemAd-hoc reportingAudit and review quarterly tax filings and complete reconciliationsParticipate in audits and assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues identified

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field5+ years of experience in payroll, including payroll administration for German entitiesIn-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in GermanyProficiency in UKG payroll software and systems (e.g., ADP, Workday SAP)Familiarity with time-tracking and HRIS systems integrationStrong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionProven track record of process improvement and implementing best practices in payroll operationsFluent in German and English languages

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Knowledge of equity compensation, bonus structures, and international assignmentFamiliarity with SOX compliance and internal control frameworksAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with payroll data for reporting and auditsExcellent teamwork and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work individuallyAbility to handle diverse workload and work in deadline dedicated environment

Work Authorisation: 

This requisition is for a locally hired position in Germany. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in Germany. Boeing will not attempt to obtain Immigration and labour sponsorship for any applicants. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
