About the position:

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of PAYROLL ANALYST to join our Payroll team:

Location: Belen, Costa RicaWork schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.Contract Type: Open-ended / Indefinite-term.

About the position:

The Payroll Analyst assures the payment on time of the employees for the GLA region, through the control of each payroll assigned.Assures timely loading of payments on the banking platform.Work with the payroll team to coordinate the timely payment of terminations within the company.Work with internal JLL teams, including the finance, treasury and human resources teams.

Responsibilities:

Assure timely payment to the employees within the Great Latin America region through the upload payments on the banking platform.Coordinate with Treasury team the calendar for the upload on bank.Review and approve monthly payrolls for few countries.Control and approval for the payment of social security and other local taxes.Manage and work with different payroll vendors and internal JLL teams, including finance, treasury and HR.Resolve issues and reply to inquiries related to payroll earnings, deductions and taxes.Payroll calendar: support for alignment with the local vendor, review, and compliance.Prepare reports and analysis for management as requested. Support for requested payroll cost.Coordinate the timely payment of terminations within the company and preparate the mandatory documentation.Manage the team's internal mailbox

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in similar roles, including personnel administration, bank payment coordination and payroll knowledge.Advanced student o graduated in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related.Intermediate level of English is also required.
