Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with recent experience in PeopleSoft payroll systems. This role involves extensive data analysis and entry, requiring proficiency in Excel to extract and manipulate large data sets. The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact for employees with payroll questions and issues, necessitating a strong customer service background and excellent interpersonal skills.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and enter payroll data using PeopleSoft.Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll questions and issues.Utilize Excel for data extraction and manipulation, including pivot tables and lookups.Assist with support during Workday implementation and perform day-to-day payroll tasks.Provide empathetic customer service and maintain positive employee relations.Essential SkillsProficient in PeopleSoft with recent payroll experience.Strong customer service skills with an empathetic attitude.Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Workday is a plus.Ability to handle garnishments and data manipulation.Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
