About The Role:

Ensure weekly, bi-weekly, & semi-monthly payroll is accurate and timely processing of US employees in all states in North AmericaProvide highly complex analysis, understanding of the payroll framework, Workday, Oracle Human Capital Management systems, Timing tools and government regulations impacting payroll calculationApply a deep understanding of US payroll flows and processes needed to complete both on and off cycle payrollsApply a deep understanding of Time and Attendance and the impact it has on payroll calculationsUnderstand tax calculations related to gross to net and taxable wagesTroubleshoot when issues arise while being able to identify opportunities for process improvement related to reconciliation and controlsReview and reconcile payroll accurately while managing multiple payrolls processing simultaneously

About You:

3+ years of experience as a payroll analystExperience in more than one payroll function and/or systemsExcellent communication skills Strong business partnering & acumenDecision support & problem-solving skills
