Payroll Administrator

Airswift is partnering with an EPC company to recruit a Payroll Administrator. The team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Calgary, Alberta (remote).

Responsibilities: Review weekly, bi-weekly, and semi-monthly payrolls and redirect payments. Audit and review payroll reports prior to completion of payroll processing to confirm accuracy Payroll, HRIS and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) functions, projects and processes within Canada Work closely with internal and external key stakeholders to address, manage and resolve issues and queries efficiently and in a timely manner. Support with payroll system implementation Work with Project Manager and Payroll Manager on system upgrade and implementation and reporting requirements End to End testing and review of system updates and configurations Union rates review and union remittance reporting. Reporting and reconciliation of payroll data Respond to employee queries in a timely manner. Create custom reports and analysis to support various business units. Other duties as assigned by the payroll Manager. Qualifications -
What you will bring:
Technical and Industry Experience: 5 – 7 years of extensive payroll experience. Comprehensive understanding and solid working knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and practices. Systems applicable - ADP GlobalView (SAP), Global Business Systems (GBS), PeopleLink, Ceridian Dayforce. Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Canadian Payroll Association education – Payroll Compliance Practitioner – will be considered an asset
