The Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing weekly payroll for multiple companies with precision and timeliness. The role involves entering and maintaining payroll data, preparing and posting transactions, and managing payroll-related reports.
ResponsibilitiesProcess weekly payroll for multiple companies accurately and within internal deadlines.Enter and maintain payroll data in the payroll system, including timesheets, payroll adjustments, and job information.Prepare and post daily payroll transactions.Process bonuses, commissions, and supplemental runs as required.Generate and distribute payroll-related reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.Manage employee setup and changes in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, and compensation changes.Maintain records of employee deductions, excluding benefits and retirement plans.Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations at the state and federal level.Communicate effectively with managers, employees, and executives regarding payroll inquiries.Support audits and provide documentation as requested.Essential SkillsProficiency in payroll, data entry, and accounting.Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications effectively.Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.Additional Skills & Qualifications0 - 1 years of payroll experience through internship or office experience.Familiarity with payroll systems such as WennSoft or comparable platforms is a plus.Work EnvironmentThe position offers a 100% remote work environment, providing flexibility and convenience for the employee.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
