That’s something we’re truly proud of, **_Work That Matters, People Who Care_** _._ **Job Description** **What's the job?** We're looking for a **Payroll Administrator** to help ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll for various employee groups (Hourly, Salaried, Day Rate, Union/non-union) across multiple provinces in Canada. **What You’ll Be Doing** As part of our small but mighty team of Payroll professionals, you will primarily manage a specific pay group while collaborating closely with other payroll teams and. + Validate and maintain employee master data in ADP for hires, changes, terminations, and transfers. + Partner with HR on payroll-related matters. + Capture time entries, create batches, and import data into ADP. + Prepare, calculate, and process payroll, deductions, retro pay, adjustments, terminations, ROEs, and travel allowances. + Audit and balance payroll registers for assigned pay groups. + Generate and distribute pay period and monthly reports. + Prepare union reporting and payment requisitions. + Maintain strict compliance with payroll processes and audit trails. + Respond to employee payroll inquiries and escalate HR-related questions appropriately. + Support year-end reconciliation and reporting. **This role is fully remote** . **Qualifications** **Who are we looking for?** + High school diploma (PCP designation = bonus points!). + 3 to 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally in a similar industry. + Familiarity with ADP or other payroll systems - bonus points for Dayforce! + Solid Excel skills (intermediate to advanced). + Strong knowledge of Employment Standards across Canada. + Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and confidentiality champion. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
