Description We are looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team in Norwood, Massachusetts. This contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic payroll and HR environment, supporting daily operations and ensuring seamless payroll processes. The role requires a hands-on individual with experience in Paylocity and a flexible, self-sufficient approach to handling diverse tasks. Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with the HR Director to review and organize payroll data for accuracy. • Generate and analyze payroll reports to ensure compliance and efficiency. • Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and payroll-related matters. • Provide support to site teams regarding Paylocity system functionalities and troubleshooting. • Assist in streamlining payroll processes during system implementation and transition. • Ensure multi-state payroll processing aligns with company policies and regulations. • Handle full-cycle payroll tasks for an employee base ranging from 101 to 500 individuals. • Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation for audit and reporting purposes. • Adapt to evolving team needs and responsibilities, contributing to a fast-paced environment. Requirements • Proven experience in payroll administration, with a focus on full-cycle payroll. • Proficiency in Paylocity and familiarity with payroll systems. • Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance standards. • Ability to manage payroll for an employee base of 101 to 500 individuals. • Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now is advantageous. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle diverse tasks. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and team members. • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
