Description We are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator for a Waukesha, WI area organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage payroll processes efficiently while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling payroll for both union and non-union employees and demonstrate expertise in accounts payable. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for 50+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Handle payroll tasks for union and non-union employees in compliance with contractual agreements. • Manage accounts payable responsibilities, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation. • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure proper documentation. • Resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee inquiries promptly. • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations. • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Assist with audits and reporting requirements related to payroll. • Implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations. Requirements • Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing. • Familiarity with payroll systems and software. • Experience managing payroll for union and non-union employees. • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations. • Strong communication skills for resolving payroll-related issues.
