We’re seeking talented professionals who can handle high-volume, full-cycle, in-house payroll for over 1,000 employees across multiple states on a weekly and biweekly basis with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. As the Payroll Specialist, you will: + Approve all time sheets and process full-cycle in-house payroll for over 1,000 employees across multiple states. + Manage weekly and biweekly payroll schedules, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. + Maintain employee payroll records, including updates related to deductions, benefits, and tax codes. + Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries from employees and management with professionalism. + Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams on reporting and audits. Requirements Qualifications + Proven experience managing end-to-end in-house payroll for a large employee base. + Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and tax requirements. + Exceptional attention to detail paired with outstanding organizational skills. + Proficient in payroll systems and software (specific system experience can be added as needed). + Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain payroll processes clearly.
