Location: Cardiff (Cathedral Road)
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 37.5 hours per week

Pertemps is looking for a proactive and organised Payroll Administrator to join our busy team in Cardiff, supporting the smooth processing our branch with of payroll for our temporary workforce.

Key Responsibilities:Process weekly payroll accurately and on time for all temporary workersRaise invoices for clients in line with contracts and timesheetsCarry out reference checks for new temporary workers prior to placementConduct monthly payroll and compliance audits to ensure accuracy and best practiceMaintain and update payroll records and databasesRespond to payroll-related queries from workers and clientsSupport the team with general office duties and resourcing when needed.
Key Skills and Experience:Previous experience in payroll and administrative support (experience with temporary or contractors is a plus)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentGood understanding of payroll procedures and invoicingConfident communication skills and a customer-focused approachWhat We Offer:Salary will be depending on expereicne24 days holiday + bank holidays (rising with length of service)Company pension scheme after a qualifying periodSupportive, team-oriented working environment.Regular team incentives, social events & wellbeing support and many more benefits.Opportunities for ongoing training and career development within the Pertemps.
