Responsibilities for the Payroll Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to:
+ Sort and deliver incoming and outgoing mail throughout the payroll department.
+ Scan garnishment documents and forward them to the appropriate Payroll Coordinator for processing.
+ Complete and submit EDD forms to support payroll leave approvals with the state.
+ Assist with general administrative duties within the payroll department, including filing, data entry, and document management.
+ Support the Payroll team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for a Payroll Administrative Assistant:
+ Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll information.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Ability to walk and deliver mail within the office.
+ Ability to lift and carry light packages as needed up to 20lbs.

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
